Your items will be packaged safely and securely and we will provide you with tracking information via Royal Mail.

If you order before 3pm Monday to Thursday then your item will be sent the next day if your payment has cleared. However, if you order after this time, your order will be sent within 2 working days and delivered to you within 2 working days. Please note, delivery times may be affected by bank holidays and the above information covers orders from Bond Street To Your Street to mainland UK. International delivery dates vary.

It is a simplistic process. You can drop your items into one of our stores or post to one of our stores; whatever is more convenient for you! Upon receiving your item(s), they will go through an authentication process. Once each item has passed this process, the seller will be contacted via email within 7 days with a suggested sale price in which the seller will receive once the item sells. Once the suggested price is agreed, we will proceed with selling our client's item on their behalf. We will advertise the item on our client's behalf and respond to all correspondence. Once the item sells, the agreed sale price will be processed as a bank transfer directly into our client's account on the 1st of the following month in which it sold. Please note; you must be 16 or over to sell through Bond Street To Your Street with current photographic ID. *On occasion, Bond Street To Your Street may purchase the item directly from the seller.*

We formulate a sale price based on a number of factors including, but not limited to: original retail price, brand, style, age, condition, material, colour and demand.

 Our buy prices (the prices we give you as a customer) are based on a set margin for that designer within that type of item - meaning that highly desirable brands like Chanel or Hermes always give you the best margin as a customer possible.

Bond Street to Your Street has many items for sale at any one time which have all been meticulously inspected by our highly trained authenticators before being purchased and readied for sale. Our in-house experts are professionally trained to spot any and all inconsistencies. We can 100% guarantee that all items for sale are the genuine article so you can buy with absolute security.

Unfortunately, due to each item being sold on our clients' behalf, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any item bought. We do offer a 'Meet Me' service in which you can book an appointment to meet your new purchase in one of our stores. This is an extremely relaxed and fun environment for you to spend time and have a think about your purchase (maybe even a glass of fizz!). We are also happy to send further photographs and videos of individual items on request!
